Holy Land 2026 - Registration form

We're excited that God has called you to our 2026 Holy Land tours - they will be amazing! Thank you for registering below and sending in your payment. ONE form per traveler please.
You will need to have these digital images available on this phone or computer before completing the form:

- Passport page with photo and details (or order it now; see this link for how to do so https://travelerjourneys.life/passports-and-visas)

- Head/shoulder photo (casual is ok), will be used for travelers to get know each other before the trip

If you are going to Israel, you will also need to complete the Israel visa form online here: https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/ and have the approval # available for entering into this registration form. Once you complete the form, they will send you two emails quickly - one to confirm they received your application and one with your approval #. Keep a copy with your passport and send the # to Debbie.

Depending on your flight, you may also need to complete the ETIAS form for entry into or transit through a European country. More details are here: https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias_en If you are required to obtain it, you will need to provide a copy of the approval but you can provide that after you book your flight - just don't forget to do it and put a copy in your passport to take with you and send a copy to Debbie.

If you are going to Turkey, you will need to get an entry visa after March 25, 2026 (mark your calendar but we will remind you to do so and keep a copy with your passport and send a copy to Debbie). https://evisa.govt.tl/official/en-us/apply.php

Ready for travel

We need you to be able to travel independently and you must have someone available to assist if needed on the tour (roommate, friend, spouse, etc.). We do need to be prepared should issues arise so we ask you to tell us anything that affects your health. Please be sure you are exercising and preparing for the physical demands of this trip (long days, outdoors, walking, stairs, heat, different foods, etc.).
TRAVEL INSURANCE: If you are going to more than one country or if you travel often during the year, we recommend that you buy an annual policy from Allianz. Please state your intentions with travel insurance after reviewing our Insurance page at https://www.travelerjourneys.life/travel-insurance. If you will not need the insurance until this tour in 2026, do not buy it until at least a year before the last day of travel. You may want to buy it now if you think something may occur where you need to cancel and be refunded your deposit.

TOUR COSTS/PAYMENTS
Payment Plan.

Deposits for Traveler Journeys tours are non-refundable because we depend on your participation to meet the minimum # of travelers needed to offer these tours. Of course, if we must cancel the tour (or not offer a country because minimum #s of travelers have not been met), we will refund your deposit less a fee (varies depending on situation). Special circumstances for our tour operation may warrant flexibility in this policy but your choice to cancel does not assure you of a refund of your deposit. If you have personal reasons for canceling your tour, travel insurance (if the terms of the insurance allow) may reimburse you.

We will invoice you 100-120 days before the tour and expect payment +/-90 days before the tour so we can pay America Israel Tours on time. We will invoice you for the tour(s), tips, and optional activities. Greece has different deposit dates that we will communicate to those travelers if applicable. You may use our Payment Plan (see website for details) and any credits accrued will be noted on your invoice.

Be sure to start a paper or electronic file of all payments made and emails received regarding registration confirmation and payments. You will need this documentation if you have a travel insurance claim.
