Please fill out the following application for the Windigo Fall NAPHL teams. The NAPHL League will be the played over three weekends in the Fall of 2026 in Blaine, MN.

NAPHL Opener: 9/11-9/13

NAHL Showcase: 9/24-/27

NAPHL FALL Playoffs: 10/30-11/2

Windigo will field a U18 team (08-09 born) and a U16 team (10-11 born)

As these teams are open to players from across the Midwest these are invite only teams, there will be no tryout
