DELIVERY POLICY:
- Deliveries are available within Mandaluyong, Makati, and BGC area.
- Free Deliveries within a 2-3 km radius of Kinetix Lab (One Ayala and Podium) & Kinetix+.
- Deliveries beyond a 3 km radius may have varying delivery times and will incur applicable delivery charges.
- Kinetix Kitchen strives to deliver orders on time, but does not guarantee delivery within the specified time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients/Receivers should be available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or order cancellation without a refund.
- Changes to meal preferences, delivery address, or other order details must be submitted at least 48 hours/2 Days before the scheduled delivery time.
