⚠️THE CEO Nail Academy – CLASS RULES & EXPECTATIONS
To maintain a professional, focused, and high-quality learning environment, all students enrolled in The Nail CEO Masterclass are required to follow the rules outlined below.
1. Professional Conduct
• Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
• Disruptive behavior, disrespect, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.
• This is a learning environment rooted in growth, discipline, and respect.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
• Students are expected to arrive on time for in-person classes and log in on time for Zoom sessions.
• Late arrivals may miss critical instruction.
• No time will be extended for late arrivals.
3. No Guests / No Children
• No additional guests or children are permitted, including during Zoom classes.
• This ensures a focused and distraction-free learning environment.
4. Materials & Participation
• Students are provided a Nail Practice kit for tools and materials ready during class. Which is provided by me ( Nail tech Educator )
• mini Practice Kit Contents: Nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, nail tips, acrylic powder, acrylic liquid, dappen dish, glue, and basic nail brush.
• Active participation is encouraged to gain the full value of the training.
• Recording, sharing, or redistributing class content is strictly prohibited. 🚫 if gived instruction to do so.
5. Zoom Class Rules
• Cameras must remain on during live Zoom sessions unless otherwise instructed.
• Students must be present and engaged to receive certification.
• Replays are for personal review only and may not be shared.
6. Certification Policy
• Certificates are issued only after full participation and completion of the class.
• Partial attendance may result in forfeiting certification.
7. Refund & Transfer Policy
• All payments are final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
• Missed classes are not eligible for makeup sessions unless otherwise stated.
8. Health & Safety (In-Person & Zoom)
• Students must follow all sanitation and safety guidelines provided during class.
• Any unsafe practices may result in dismissal from the class.
LATE PAYMENT CLAUSE🚨
To ensure fairness and proper class planning, the following late payment policy is strictly enforced:
• A deposit is required immediately upon enrollment to secure your seat.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the day before class.
• If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your seat may be released to another student without refund of the deposit.
• Payment Due The Day before no later then the Day of Class
• Late payments are not guaranteed acceptance and may require re-enrollment in a future class.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.
