I, the undersigned, agree to the following conditions which I will follow to the best of my ability.
You will be required to have an initial assessment with your Trainer, unless an assessment is deemed unnecessary by the Trainer.
All appointments must be pre determined with your Trainer
Suitable workout clothing and footwear must be worn.
Please inform your Trainer of any medical conditions you have, or any medication you may be taking. If unsure, please ask.
The client agrees, if for any reason they are unable to attend a session, it will continue as planned for the rest of the group members. No session will be owed to them. This includes holidays, illness, other commitments etc. IF there is availability in an alternative session/group that week the client will be offered this option.
The client agrees payment for services will be collected by monthly direct debit wherever possible.
The client shall pay in advance according to the agreed session rates charged by Joanna Lynne Coaching. This payment covers all sessions for the month.
The client acknowledges the coach will provide them with a small group coaching session at the agreed frequency, at the agreed time/s on the agreed day/s for a minimum of 46 weeks per calendar year (1st Jan - 31st December).
This entitles the coach to 6 weeks per calendar year when sessions are not provided - this has been reflected within the monthly membership prices.
When the trainer goes on holiday, there will be no in person coaching provided. But you will be provided with a clear plan of action to maintain the momentum of your health and fitness journey. This will be arranged at least one month in advance before I take leave.
Cancelation agreement between trainer and client
1. The client agrees to an initial 3 month minimum contracted period after which the client is required to give one full calendar month's notice of any cancellation or amendments to the payment plan(s) in relation to Joanna Lynne Coaching. Any payment due within this period remains payable.
2. The trainer shall provide the client with no less than one month's notice where possible of any pre-planned absence affecting sessions.
3. The trainer shall provide no less than one calendar month's notice where possible of any termination or adjustment to the clients agreed training session time or structure
