The American Red Cross is excited to host our annual VolunTEEN Summer Program. This year's program will run June 30 through August 8, 2025 at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center, the Marine Corps Base (Quantico) Naval Health Clinic, and the DiLorenzo Clinic at the Pentagon.
The VolunTEEN Program offers high school students ages 14 to 17 the opportunity to engage in and learn about medicine and the American Red Cross.
***The VolunTEEN Program is 6 weeks long, you must volunteer 5 weeks MINIMUM!
Completed applications will be accepted Monday, February 3, 2025 through Monday, April 14, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. NO LATE APPLICATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Applications and letters of recommendations and all attachments must be received, via email, on or BEFORE 4pm on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Acceptance emails will be sent on Friday, April 25, 2025. If you are not accepted, you will not be notified.
If accepted, all VolunTEENS must clear Occupational Health and completed health forms must be received by this office, via email, by Friday, May 30 at 4pm.
***All Volunteers MUST be vaccinated for the Flu and verification submitted to the Red Cross Office***
*You MUST attend orientation, teens only, on June 30 (ATAMMC and Pentagon VolunTEENS) or July 1 (Quantico VolunTEENS).
