    • We will have a large 40x80 communal tent that will be set up. Please select if you are interested in having your table or booth selection (size selected below) set up underneath this large communal tent.

    • Lodging and Transportation Cost Analysis & Suggestions 

    • There are additional costs that Cultural Survival does not cover (transportation, lodging, food, etc.). Please contact us with questions.

      Cultural Survival does not provide transportation between your hotel/lodging and the event locations. 

      To factor in costs, consider:

      Meals
      Eating in restaurants may cost about $30-60/day. With a kitchen/fridge and buying at the grocery store, it’s possible to minimize costs further.

      Transportation
      Before reserving a place to stay, please use Google maps or Rome2rio.com,  to see how far the place is from each event and how long it takes to arrive. Some hotels are very close via public transit, and others are not. Taxis and Uber/Lyft are also options.

      Lodging
      1. You are welcome to bring a tent and camp on Friday and Saturday night for free. There is also an indoor meeting room to sleep in (it's a shared space, all genders) for vendors from out of town who don't have tents. Please note there are toilets and sinks available but no onsite showers.

    • 2.The cost of lodging in Tiverton is $40-200/night plus additional cost for taxis (Uber/Lift) to the event location.

      3. The cost of lodging in Boston for before/after the Bazaar, is about $50 - $200/night.

    • Homestay Program

    • We will continue to seek homestays upon artists’ request. Availability will depend on the number of homestay hosts available.

    • If you answered yes to the question above, understand that homestay lodging is not guaranteed. Please be prepared to arrange and pay for lodging in the case you are without a homestay host.

    • Cancellation Policy 
    • Tent Requirements  

    • All booths are required to be covered by a tent and secured with tent weights provided by the vendor. CS has a limited number of tents to rent to participants. Artists traveling by airplane to the bazaar will be prioritized for rentals. Tent rentals are $100/10x10 or 12x12’ tent. If you request tents and your request is approved, you will be charged $100 per tent required to cover your assigned booth space.
