- Canna Fest is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of property during the event.
- All vendors are responsible for securing any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for their booth.
- Applications will be reviewed for approval within 14 business days of their submission.
- Upon approval, a payment link will be provided via [email or preferred method].
- Payment is required to secure your spot as a sponsor or vendor.
- Failure to submit payment within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of your vendor position.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations after April 3, 2026.
