STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL YOUTH MAKERS MARKET 2025!

This special opportunity is for makers 12th grade and under to showcase their creations and gain experience vending at a large scale festival.

Some highlights include:

Centrally located by playground in Cedar Creek Park

Large tent provided by Festivals of Cedarburg

All applications will be reviewed by Kelly Brown of Locally Inspired and Festivals of Cedarburg staff and accepted based on the following:

1. Type of product sold

2. Number of applicants with same style of items

3. Creative booth presentation

Only 12 vendors will be accepted each day so we can achieve an optimal layout.

Please note this experience will be most valuable if approached as a learning experience. While Strawberry Festival will certainly be busy if the weather cooperates, we encourage you and your child to manage expectations as there is no guarantee sales will be high.

The owner of Locally Inspired, Kelly Brown, will be present at setup each day. She is there to help! After having her shop for five years, her and her team are lending their feedback to help you optimize sales through merchandising, price points, customer service and booth setup.

The park will have ALL THINGS KIDS AND FAMILY! From bounce houses and bumper boats, to food trucks and Strawberry Shortcake booths to an ACTUAL MERMAID, this is THE FUN place to be for the festival!

The market will be open 10am-4pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday. Each maker will only be selected for one day only.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own table (6' or 8') and chairs. *Please note: electricity will not be available*

This will be the only Cedarburg Festivals Youth Marketplace of the year. Festivals of Cedarburg has decided to forgo a Youth Makers Marketplace for Wine & Harvest Festival this year.

Strawberry Festival is held throughout the Historic Downtown Cedarburg and in Cedar Creek Park.
Amount

If accepted, Vendor shall pay a rental fee amount of $20/8'x8' space for the use of the space for business purposes during Strawberry Festival. Vendor space is approximately 8' wide by 8' deep. Vendors may puchase up to 2 spots. Vendors are responsible for all tables, chairs, etc. related to their space. Festivals of Cedarburg does not provide any items related to space rental.

A 4% service fee will be added to all credit card charges.
