Schaumburg Park District sponsored activities shall have priority in all facilities.*

Party requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.*

The main contact will be contacted the Wednesday before the event to confirm the final guest count and review the event details.*

All materials/decorations brought into the room must be removed. Decorations are limited to tabletops and free-standing decor. Nothing may be affixed to the walls or ceiling. Glitter, confetti, silly string and fog machines are not allowed.*

Smoking is not permitted in Schaumburg Park District facilities.*

Groups with children ages 18 and younger must have one adult age 21 or older for every 10 children. Any group which does not have adequate supervision or fails to maintain discipline will be asked to leave.*

Persons requesting a party must be at least 21 years of age.*

No individuals or groups may use Schaumburg Park District facilities for the purpose of private monetary gain or fundraising without special permission from the Park District Director.*

Party room rentals include rooms; not adjacent grounds, hallways or lobbies.*

Schaumburg Park District needs to approve all equipment used in the facility, including setup and cleanup periods.*

The person listed as the main contact person must be present during the entire party time, including during setup.*

All requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.*

Kitchen rentals are for the length of the event. Cooking is not permitted, only warming of food. Available equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink.*

A $100 deposit (credit card or cash only) is required to reserve the party date. The final payment is due on the day of the event. Please note that the $100 deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Additionally, charges will be based on the number of guests in attendance on the day of the event.*

Cancellation within 14 days of party will forfeit deposit. Parties may be rescheduled based on availability. There is a $3 service charge on all cancellations received prior to 14 days before party.*

All upgrade options must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event. Guests will be contacted the Wednesday before the event to confirm the final guest count and review the event details*

A period of 30 minutes prior to the party start time is provided to the party group for setup. An additional fee applies for extended time in the party room. This includes the room's hourly rental fee, plus the current hourly rate for the party host.*

If you plan on bringing alcohol you must obtain a Class D Liquor License from The Village of Schaumburg and a Special Event Endorsement (this is a one-day addition to your policy naming Schaumburg Park District for $1,000,000 liability - please contact your Homeowners Association about this). Proof of these two documents must be given to the Party Office at least two weeks prior to your event for approval from the executive offices.*

All outside vendors must be approved by Schaumburg Park District. We require a Certificate of Insurance from all outside vendors at least two weeks in advance, with Schaumburg Park District listed as additionally insured.*
