Travel Planning Fee Schedule

US Domestic Travel: $20

International Travel: $40

The ONLY reason I would ever charge a travel planning fee is if I have put hours of research and planning to present you with options and you would like for me to completly start over. The fee will be charged before we begin to research again and is non-refundable. This would also apply toward any changes in land travel including airline changes.

(This applies for the outbound and return flight. Should we need to purchase seperate intra-country air flights then the fee below will be added for those additional legs of the flight.)

$25 Intra-country per ticket.

Our airline ticketing fees are Non-Refundable under any circumstance. Should the airline request our fee back in order to refund a cancelled ticket then you agree to reimburse us for our fee.

By submitting this form I agree that I have done my best to describe the trip that I want to take. I have made my best effort to provide accurate spellings of names and accurate dates of birth for myself and other travelers. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to confirm the accuracy of these passenger details when the final booking is completed and to notify Uncharted Expeditions of any corrections promptly. I also agree to the additional fees, as outlined above, should I use your travel agency to secure my flights for my trip.
