Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “Accept Conditions and Submit Payment.” The ticket fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Name change and substitution requests must be received by July 2nd, 2025, 11:59 PM PST.

Team Everest reserves the right to accept, reject, or conditional acceptance, based on Team Everest's sole discretion, for any reason, which need not be disclosed to the applicant.
