If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice, a refund won’t be provided, but we gladly offer the option to reschedule. On the other hand, cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund, while still welcoming the opportunity to reschedule if desired. This approach allows us to accommodate unexpected changes while maintaining operational efficiency.
