  • Craft is... Individual Marketer Booth

    Craft Is... in conjunction with the 10th annual Art Now: Saskatchewan Fine Art Fair, October 2-5, 2025, Hall B, Viterra International Trade Centre, REAL District, Regina.

    Craft Is... A fine craft market opportunity for juried, Professional Craftsperson members of the Saskatchewan Craft Council to connect with customers and find new audiences for handmade.  

    Applications are first come, first served. Upon completion of this application form, the SCC requires a $50 non-refundable deposit, payable online. All remaining booth fees are due August 15, 2025.

    Booth Prices:

    • $390 for 10'x10'
    • $460 for 15'x10'
    • $680 for 20'x10'

    Once your application is approved, you will receive an emailed contract to sign. If you are unable to digitally complete the form and payment, please call us at 306-653-3616 ext 1 for assistance.

    • Friday Oct 3 • 12-9 pm – Open to the public

  • MOVE IN AND SET UP
    Wednesday, October 1, 12 - 7 pm 
    Thursday October 2, 9 am - 12 pm 

    TAKE DOWN
    Sunday October 5, 4 - 7 pm

    The SCC recommends that marketers bring, if available, their own dollies/carts for quick and easy transportation when setting up. Providing dollies/carts for marketers is not the responsibility of the event centre. 

    SECURITY
    Security is available on site 24hrs. Please report any suspicious activity immediately.

    LIABILITY INSURANCE
    You are responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise. Having liability insurance is recommended, and the SCC can not provide this for you.

    RENTAL EQUIPMENT
    Marketers are responsible for any damage to booth rentals provided by the Saskatchewan Craft Council. Please do not pin or alter curtains used for pipe and drape. If you find damage to curtains please let SCC staff know prior to set up.

  • Please Note: You must be a juried professional craftsperson to participate in craft is... Jury applications are due Feb 10th 2025. Jurying takes place on March 1 in Saskatoon and March 29th in Regina. Click here for more information and to Apply. If you are unable to attend the free jury session but still want to be jurried, please contact us. There will be a $50 fee and jurying will be dependant on the availability of jurors. 

    If your membership has lapsed, it must be renewed BEFORE submitting your Craft Is... 2025 application. Click HERE for membership renewal options. If you are not sure if your membership is up to date, please contact Jillian Bogan at members@saskcraftcouncil.org or 306-653-3616 ext 1.

  • Shared Booth Opportunity

    We understand that a 4 day market may be daunting. A shared booth allows marketers to assist each other in set up, take down and sales. Shared booths are 20x10 feet. Shared booth responsibilities shall be determined by the marketers and must include processing sales. Only 2 businesses may share a single space.
