Waterworks Festival is delighted to welcome everyone to Gunnersbury Park for an unforgettable day of music and joy. We are committed to ensuring our event is as inclusive and accessible as possible for all attendees, including our deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent guests. Below is the application form to register to use the facilities whilst you are with us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may be entitled to a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket at no extra cost via our PA Ticket Scheme. This can be requested through this application form. Please read the information below to see if you qualify.
Application Process
Follow these steps to request bookable accessible facilities:
- Purchase a Ticket
- Obtain a valid ticket reference number.
- Complete the Access Requirement Form. Fill out the form below and upload any required supporting evidence. If you need an alternative format for the application, please contact us via email.
- Confirmation of Requests We will respond within 7 working days to confirm your requests.Your application is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. If successful, an Accessibility Welcome Pack will be sent to you closer to the event date.
Personal Assistant Ticket Collection
If you applied for a PA ticket, it will be available for collection at the Access Box Office on the day of the event, alongside your accessibility wristband.
Supporting Documents
You will need to provide supporting documents as part of your application.
When submitting, you can:
- Scan or photograph your evidence and upload it with your form.
- Photocopy evidence and attach it to a printed form if posting.

Automatic Eligibility for the PA Ticket Scheme
To qualify automatically, you must provide one of the following documents dated within the past 12 months or covering the event date:
- Front page of a DLA or PIP letter showing you are receiving higher benefit
- Front page of an Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence of being registered as severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card with training
- Valid Access Card showing you require a +1 to accompany you
- Armed Forces Independent Disability Payment
- War Disablement Pension
Accessible Parking
To reserve an accessible parking space, you will need to provide two pieces of evidence:
- A valid Blue Badge
- Valid Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) to validate the Blue Badge.
If you have attended any of our other events within the past year and opted into our access register, you do not need to supply new evidence. Simply tick the appropriate box on the application form.
