  • 1. Program Details
    Tutoring Program: Held every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM(unless otherwise specified.
    Mentoring Program: Held every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 6.00 PM.
    The Program is designed to provide academic support (tutoring) and personal development guidance (mentoring) to Participants in a structured and supportive environment.
    Timoteo reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, or delivery method (e.g., in-person or virtual) with reasonable notice to Participants and their parents/guardians.


    2. Participant Conduct
    Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, mentors, tutors, and peers. Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination from the Program at Timoteo’s discretion.
    Participants must attend sessions punctually and actively engage in activities.


    3. Media Usage and Consent
    Photography and Media Capture: Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during Program events, including tutoring and mentoring sessions, for documentation and promotional purposes.
    Usage: By agreeing to these terms, you grant Timoteo permission to use these images, videos, or recordings in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing channels, worldwide, in perpetuity, unless consent is revoked.
    Rights: You retain ownership of your child’s likeness. Timoteo will not use media in a defamatory or misleading manner. No compensation is provided for media usage.
    Revocation: You may revoke consent for media usage at any time by contacting Josue@timoteosports.org. Upon revocation, Timoteo will cease future use and remove existing media where feasible, though prior distributions (e.g., printed materials) cannot be retracted.


    Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Timoteo in writing at Josue@timoteosports.org prior to the Participant’s first session.


    4. Data Collection and Consent
    Qualitative This data may be used for internal analysis, program development, grant reporting, or promotional purposes (in anonymized or aggregated form unless otherwise consented).
    Data Protection: Timoteo complies with applicable data protection laws and will store data securely. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for Program purposes or legal requirements, typically no longer than 2 years after a Participant’s exit from the Program.
    Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your child’s data, or to withdraw consent for data collection, by contacting Josue@timoteosports.org. Withdrawal of consent will not affect prior lawful data use.
    Confidentiality: Sensitive data will not be shared with third parties except as required for Program operations (e.g., with service providers under strict confidentiality agreements) or as required by law.


    5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
    Ensure the Participant attends sessions on time and is prepared with necessary materials.
    Provide accurate contact and emergency information and update Timoteo promptly of any changes.
    Notify Timoteo of any medical, behavioral, or special needs that may affect the Participant’s involvement.
    For Participants under 16, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be reachable during Program hours.


    6. Liability and Safety
    Timoteo is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during Program activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from Program sessions.
    Timoteo maintains a safe environment and follows applicable health and safety guidelines. Participants must comply with all safety protocols communicated by Program staff.


    7. Termination
    Timoteo may terminate a Participant’s involvement for non-compliance with these terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet Program requirements.


    8. Intellectual Property
    Any materials provided by Timoteo (e.g., worksheets, guides) are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

    10. Agreement
    By pressing "Submit," I, the parent or legal guardian of the Participant, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the media usage and data collection policies. I consent to my child’s participation in the Timoteo Tutoring and Mentoring Program, the capture and use of their likeness in media, and the collection of relevant qualitative data as described above. I understand that I may revoke consent for media or data usage at any time by contacting Timoteo as outlined.
