      There is a one-time $50 application fee for the creation of new offices. The Primary Affiliate Member is responsible for paying the application fee in addition to Affiliate dues. Membership is individual and is not considered “company based.” Each individual within an office must join in order to be considered a member and attend or participate in association events.

      January - -March: $300.00

      April-June: $225.00

      July- September: $150.00 

      October - December: $75.00

      $50 one time application fee

       

    • An order for your membership fees will be placed on your account in the ORRA Member Portal and you will be notified by e-mail once it is available for payment.

  • ORRA's Terms and Conditions of Membership

    I hereby apply for Affiliate membership and, in the event of my election, agree to abide by the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. 

    I irrevocably waive all claims against the Association, or any of its officers, directors, members, or employees for any acts in connection with the business of the Association, and particularly as to its or their acts in electing or failing to elect, advance, suspend, expel, or otherwise discipline me as an applicant or member.

    I agree to pay the established fees as long as I remain a member and will notify the Association of any changes in my registration, status and/or address.

    Applicant agrees to abide by the principles established by the Bylaws and Policies of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. Applicant attests NOT to be actively engaged in the sale or brokerage of real property.I understand that this does not include membership in the National Association of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS®.
