  There is a one-time $50 application fee for the creation of new offices. The first Affiliate Designate is responsible for paying the application fee in addition to Affiliate dues. Membership is individual and is not considered “company based.” Each individual within an office must join in order to be considered a member and attend or participate in association events. Membership is renewed annually each October.
