  • We understand that summer plans can change! To be eligible for a registration fee refund (excluding the deposit) or to transfer your camper’s registration to another week of camp, you must submit a cancellation request. Requests must be submitted no later than the Thursday before payment drafts for the respective week. There will be a $15 fee to transfer your camper’s registration.

    Please note: Any cancellation request submitted later than Thursday before payment drafts will not be eligible for a refund. Scheduled payments will still draft even if campers are not in attendance.

    Reminder: Scheduled payments draft two weeks prior to the start date of each camp week.
