  • 1. Booking Confirmation

    A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit and completed booking form are received. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. For organisations and corporations, an invoice can be requested.

     
    2. Payments

    The remaining balance must be paid in full via bank transfer the day before the event unless otherwise agreed upon with Bubbles Entertainment. The artist will not perform until full payment has been received. For corporate clients, payment terms are strictly 30 days.

     
    3. Cancellation Policy

    Private Bookings:
    • The deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges will apply

    Corporate & Organisation Bookings:
    • More than 14 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, no further charges apply
    • 7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is payable
    • Within 7 days of the event: 100% of the booking fee is payable

    Rescheduling:
    • One reschedule may be offered (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit will be transferred to the new date

    Cancellation by the artist:
    • In rare instances, if the artist has to cancel, the client will be notified immediately and offered a rescheduled date or a full refund of the deposit

     


    4. Travel Fees

    Travel fees apply for locations outside a 20 km radius from Burnside Heights:
    • $1.50 per km (one way) beyond 20 km

     


    5. Services and Time Allocation

    • Face Painting: Up to 15 children per hour
    • Balloon Twisting: Up to 15 children per hour
    • Glitter Bar: Up to 15 participants per hour
    • Magic Shows (including fire): Available as 30-minute ($150) or 45-minute ($200) sessions

    For additional children/guests, extra time is recommended to ensure all guests can be accommodated.

     


    6. Bubble Shows (Indoor & Outdoor)

    • Outdoor bubble shows require a grassed area and are weather dependent
    • Indoor bubble shows require adequate space, access to power, and a safe surface
    • If conditions are unsuitable, the artist may modify or adjust the performance

     


    7. Event Environment

    A shaded or indoor area must be provided to protect the artist, equipment, and supplies from direct sunlight, rain, or extreme weather. Access to tap water, suitable lighting, and close parking is required to ensure a timely setup.

     


    8. Health and Safety

    The artist will not paint or perform on individuals with:
    • Skin conditions (e.g., chickenpox, impetigo, eczema, or open sores)
    • Symptoms of contagious illnesses
    • Reluctant or uncooperative behaviour

    Face painting for children under 3 is at the artist’s discretion and will be limited to simple designs only.

    For magic shows involving fire, safety precautions will be strictly adhered to. The artist reserves the right to stop performances if conditions become unsafe.

     


    9. Behaviour and Supervision

    The client/host is responsible for supervising children and managing queues. The artist is not responsible for the behaviour or safety of attendees.

     


    10. Additional Time and Event Delays

    If the event runs over time and the artist’s schedule allows, extra time may be accommodated at $50 per 30 minutes. Refunds will not be provided if the event ends earlier than scheduled.

     


    11. Liability

    Bubbles Entertainment holds public liability insurance. However, the business is not liable for damages or injuries caused by unattended children or improper use of equipment.

     


    12. Promotional Material

    The artist reserves the right to take photos with express permission and use them for promotional purposes. Photos will not identify participants and will not be shared with third parties.

     


    13. Cleaning and Hygiene

    The artist adheres to strict hygiene practices, using only cosmetic-grade, skin-safe products. Equipment is sanitised, and one sponge is used per individual to minimise cross-contamination.

     


    14. Damages and Extra Costs

    The client agrees to cover any damages caused by attendees, pets, or the environment to the artist’s equipment. Any parking fees must be paid by the client.

     


    15. Weather Policy

    • Outdoor services (including bubbles) are weather dependent
    • A suitable indoor or sheltered backup is recommended
    • Services may be modified if conditions are unsafe
    • No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions outside of the artist’s control
