2025 Creekside Ranch Rescue Community Camp Application

Summer Camp Scholarship Nomination

Creekside Ranch Rescue will be hosting summer camps this year for children in need in Cherokee County and surrounding areas. We are looking to provide camp programming for children who would not normally be able to attend summer camps due to financial or circumstantial barriers. Please complete this form to nominate a camper (parents may nominate their own children, but a recommendation letter from another adult must be included!). All eligible applicants will receive an email regarding their acceptance, including their assigned camp week. Please confirm that the family is available for the listed camp dates prior to submitting the application! All camp spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, so children will be placed on a waiting list once camp weeks are full.

Please note all campers must be a minimum of 5 years old. Our camp programming is best suited for children ages 5-12. Special consideration may be made for children ages 12-15 if they have younger sibling(s) attending, but no camper over the age of 15 will be accepted.

Camp Week Availability

All camp weeks run Monday-Thursday from 10 am - 1 pm! Below you will select your camp week availability in your order of preference. These spots will fill on a first come, first served basis as space allows. Please note that choosing fewer weeks means your child has less of a chance to be placed in camp as some weeks may fill quickly!

Next Steps

Your application will be reviewed by our board, and you will be notified as soon as possible whether or not your child is eligible for our camp program. Once their status is determined, you will receive an email from Creekside Ranch Rescue with next steps. The typical processing time for applications is 2 weeks. If at any point ALL camp weeks become full, the application will be closed; however, the application will not be edited as single weeks of camp fill up.
