I understand* This field is required.I need to bring all my own equipment and supplies eg art supplies, easel, supports, seat, shade-cover if needed etc. BYO food & drink while working on art from 11-4pm may be a good idea. The organisers do not provide any equipment. I will be briefed at 10.30am on the day.

Which Venue would you prefer to be Based?Artists will be placed in one of our great venues. The winner of each category will get to display their art here. Artists will also have the opportunity to enter the Valli Wine category. Kurow Hill was sketched by NZs famous artist - Colin McCahon. If you select Kurow Hill as your inspiration, you will be contributing to this promotion being developed in Kurow. You can venture outside these locations to get inspiration & good visuals/photos etc, but we prefer you do the main painting in one of these 2 venues. Please indicate if you have a preference and we will do our best to make that happen. Please just be mindful each location has a max capacity number so don't be disappointed if you don't get your first option.

Art Sales* This field is required.We would like to support visual artists who would like to sell their work. T&Cs: Artists receive 100% of sales and are responsible for the sale from start to finish. One artwork per artist. We will provide an area for art to be displayed on tables (not hung). The work needs to be clearly labeled with usual details and include your phone number. Organisers will take all care but no responsibility for this artwork. Are you interested in bringing along one piece of your art to sell?

Payment due 30 April 2025.Terms and Conditions: I agree to attend the day & the work produced within the given time period on the day (5 hours in any style, genre or medium) will be authentically mine. Entry fee $40 or $20 for students (invoice will be emailed). I understand if I do not pay the fee, I cannot be part of the day as an artist). Cancellation Terms: If you cancel - no refunds. If we need to cancel the event due to lack of ticket sales - you will be advised within 14 days of event and your entry fee returned. If weather not suitable, event will be postponed.
