Terms and Conditions:
After you submit the service order, you will be contacted by our Service Department within 7 days to review your entire scope of work and answer any questions you may have. Once the work has been scheduled, Full Keel cannot guarantee the accommodation of any add-on items. Please be as thorough and detailed as you can be on this order form.
In the event that we encounter a problem with your boat beyond the scope of the work you ordered, you will be contacted by a member of our Service Department to discuss the issue, provide an estimate, and obtain your approval before completing anything outside of the work ordered herein.
If services are canceled within 7 days of the scheduled start date, the deposit is not refundable. Should you need to cancel the services, please contact us prior to 7 days before the scheduled work date, and we will issue you a refund.
We will do our best to deliver your boat on the exact requested date; however, this schedule is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your delivery date may be ±3 days depending on availability. Our service team will work closely with you on this.
You will receive your estimate digitally via our system, BOATYARD. You will be required to approve the estimate and will be billed through the same system upon the completion of work. You will also be invited to join the portal where you will have real-time access to all of your work history and work orders.
