2025-2026 BACC application

Greetings,

Black Achievers Creating Change (BACC) is a free program that welcomes both young men and women who exemplify academic achievement, leadership potential, and a willingness to empower others through volunteer service.

The workshop series includes wellness workshops, college preparation sessions, mentoring activities, civic and community service projects, and volunteer activities.

We meet at Cosumnes River College the 4th Sunday of each month Sept.-May

We invite junior and senior African American students and students of African descent with a 3.0 GPA or above who are from the Sacramento area to participate.

By participating in BACC you may be eligible for a scholarship between $500-$2,500.
