If you would like to exhibit at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Virginia Radiological Society, please complete the following application and submit it no later than July 25, 2025.

All exhibitor fees must be paid in full prior to the conference. Tax ID number: 54-1026798.

BRONZE LEVEL ($1,750)

All Exhibit level benefits PLUS: Recognition as Resident Caucus Sponsor | Specific signage indicating Bronze Level Support | Support recognized at Podium by President

SILVER LEVEL ($2,500)

All Exhibit level benefits but with three registrations to the meeting sessions | PLUS: Recognition as Continental Breakfast Sponsor | Invitation to Friday evening Cocktail Reception | Recognition as Silver Contributor in all meeting material | Specific signage indicating Silver Level Support | Support recognized at Podium by President | Special consideration for table placement

GOLD LEVEL ($3,500)

Cancellation/Refunds: An exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from the meeting subject to the following conditions: 1) the exhibitor shall immediately file a written notice of intention to cancel or withdraw; 2) if written notice is received 30 days or more prior, the VRS shall retain a sum of equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the reserved exhibit space; and 3) no refunds shall be made on cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the meeting. Cancellations must be received in writing to lknowles@ramdocs.org to be official.
