Holistic K9 Coaching is here to help you with your dogs behaviors, inside and outside the home. We help you create a healthy balanced lifestyle by coaching our owners with household management adaptions, leash skills, relationship, leadership building and foundational basic obedience. We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS with the exception of a severe illness or injury to either owner or dog that connot complete the program. It will be prorated based on where you're at in our program. We do NOT ALLOW any human or animals to be under the influence of mind altering drugs or alcohol while training. We do NOT ALLOW rude or ingnorant behaviors in any form. Should anything arise we will offer you a change in scheduling or class. We are very understanding and diligent with our companies policies and this form is to ensure the safety of all students and dogs to be healthy and happy during their training journey. We do require healthy vet slips and negative fecal reports for all dogs in our group class programs. Failure to provide these documents at required time the week before class start will be terms for a dissmissal without refund. We stand by our educational experince and wish for all our newly participating Holistic K9 Family be truthful and trustworthy to us as we are dedicated to you and your dogs fun training jouney. By signing this contract you have read these terms and conditions while also allowing photo's and video's be taken and shared on our social platforms. We look forward to serving our community.
