  • Check Acceptance Policy Acknowledgment

    We gladly accept business checks for payment; however, any check returned by the bank for insufficient funds, stop payment, or account closure will result in a $100 returned check fee. After such an occurrence, the customer’s account will be placed on a non-check payment status, and all future purchases must be made by credit card, debit card, or cash only.

  • Credit Policy Acknowledgment


    To ensure timely and accurate processing of credits for damaged or poor-quality fresh cut flowers, please follow the procedures below:

    • All credit requests must be communicated to your Wholesale Representative within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    • Photos are required and must be sent via email or text within 24 hours. Credit requests submitted without photos will not be accepted.
    • Do not discard any product until your Wholesale Representative has spoken with you. If you are on our delivery route, the product will be picked up.
    • All credit requests must be approved by management before a credit is issued.
    • For questions about this policy or any other matter, please contact your Wholesale Representative directly.
     
    Any credit request that does not comply with the above procedures will not be granted.
  • Processing Fee Policy Acknowledgment


    A 3.2% processing fee will be applied to all orders paid with a credit card.
    To avoid this fee, we also accept the following payment methods:

    • ACH
    • Zelle
    • Cash
    • Check 
    By choosing one of these alternative payment methods, you can complete your purchase without incurring the processing fee.
