Thank you for your commitment to sharing heart healthy education with your community! If you're looking to have an American Heart Association team member or volunteer speak at an event, please complete this form and we will reach out to follow-up.

Our team leans on our medical experts and volunteers to share heart healthy information. Due to availability, we may not be able to fulfill all speaking requests. Before completing, please ensure you are requesting a speaker at least 30 days in advance of your event. We hope to follow-up within a week of your request.
