Train for Life (Jefferson City) Registration Form
Train for Life (Jefferson City) is a 12 week Special Olympics Missouri program that focuses on overall wellness. This will be ran out of Training for Life Campus/SOMO Campus. The address is (305 Special Olympics Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101). The first cycle of this program will start on March 8th-June 7th. There will be a once a week in person fitness component each Saturday at 8:30 AM. Please see the weekly agenda below: (this will also be sent to you in calendar format via email after filling out this registration form) : Fitness Workouts•1 x 60 Minute workout in-person with the Train 4 Life™ Coach•2 x 30 Minute at-home workout provided to athletes• -SIGN UP NOW AS SPOTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 15 Athletes. This is only open to Jefferson City athletes and this is a FREE program! No cost of the athlete.
