    1. Completed, signed, and dated application
    2. Most recent high school transcript
    3. Two letters of recommendation
    4. Essay (500–750 words)
    5. Proof of acceptance or enrollment (if available; may be submitted later)
    6. Signed media release (included in this application)

    7. Proof of residence or school attendance within an eligible service-area ZIP code  Examples: school ID, report card with address, letter from school counselor, or other school document showing address/school.

    The Last Patrol Scholarship is available to students who reside in or attend high school within the following approved service-area ZIP codes:

    Eligibility is determined based on residence or school attendance within one of the ZIP codes listed above.

    If your ZIP code is not listed, you are not eligible to apply.

    Prompt:
    At The Last Patrol, we believe that our heritage, culture, and community play a vital role in shaping who we are and who we strive to become. In a 500-750 word essay, describe how your cultural background, personal experiences, and community have influenced your educational journey and career aspirations. Discuss any challenges you have faced, how you have overcome them, and how you plan to give back to your community in the future.

    We encourage you to be personal and reflective, sharing specific experiences that have motivated and inspired you.

    The Last Patrol website and social media platforms.
    Newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
    Donor communications and fundraising campaigns.
    I understand that these materials may be used indefinitely and that I will not receive compensation for their use. I also release The Last Patrol from any liability related to their usage.
