VBS Participant Registration 2025
  • VBS Participant Registration 2025

We're so glad your child is joining us for Vacation Bible School! Complete one registration for each child in your family. Do you have a friend who would love VBS? Feel free to forward this form to anyone you think would be interested. We love visitors!
  • VBS is June 2-6

    • VBS participants are ages 3- rising 6th grader
    • VBS is 9 am- 12:30 pm. NOTE- this is half-an-hour shorter than VBS was last year. If the change is schedule is a barrier for you, please contact Deacon Mary and we will make a plan.
      • Before-care is offered starting at 8 am. After-care is offered 12:30-6pm.
      • We ask for a donation of $40 per child for VBS. Scholarships are available- we want everyone to participate!
      • Before-care is free to participating families.
      • After-care costs $40 per day for the first child, $20 per day for each additional.
      • Donations for VBS can me made on this form or at the event. Payments for Before and After-care will be made at the event.
      • You can choose which days you will attend Before and/or After-care and will be charged for only the days you attend.
      • There is no flexibility about After-care pick up time. 6:00 is a strict deadline and a charge of $20 for every additional 5 minutes will be added except in cases of true emergency.
    • Child care during VBS is mostly offered for the children of our volunteers who are still too young to be participants. However, if childcare for a younger sibling is essential for your child's participation in VBS, please let us know and we will work something out. Our professional nursery staff are warm, welcoming, and highly skilled.
    • Rising 7th-12th graders and adults can register as volunteers. Training is required for all volunteers; background checks are required if you are 17 or older. We love having youth at VBS, and we could not run the event without them! However, please keep in mind that this is a position of responsibility, it is not childcare for this age group.
    • All ages should pack a lunch. We eat lunch together from 11:30-12 before our closing which is from 12- 12:30. A snack earlier in the morning will be provided.
    • Parents are invited to come at noon and observe our closing celebration from the back of the atrium each day. You are especially invited on Friday to see our end-of-week celebration!
    • You will receive more details about how to participate in VBS as the event draws closer.

Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions. If there's something we can do to make VBS work for your family, we are happy to talk about it!

  • We need your help to make VBS happen!

Ask any of our planners or volunteers- VBS is fun! Watching the kids grow in faith, build relationships, and have a blast throughout the week is an experience you'll never forget. If it seems intimidating, please don't worry! Our volunteer roles are designed so that when each person does their job, the burden doesn't fall heavily on anyone.

  • About Donations:

    • Donations per camper to VBS are much appreciated but ultimately optional. Please give as you are able.
    • Before Care (starting at 8 am) is included as part of VBS, though we do pay our Before Care leaders.
    • After Care payments are not optional, though scholarships can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
    • If you are also registered for Camp in the City (find more info here), we offer a discount for the VBS per camper donation and discounts for after care.
    • All payments and donations are tax deductible.

We want everyone to participate! That said, we rely on the generosity of those who are able to give to make this program possible. Please prayerfully consider your donation, and thank you in advance.
