· A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be applied to your total bill upon settlement.
· The party can be transferred to another date/time with a notification of at least seven days. If you change your party date with less than seven days’ notice, a $100 transfer fee will apply.
· Each additional guest will be charged at the respective party package price.
· Extended party time can be requested based on availability at $30/30 minutes.
· Parties include project materials, some ballons, and table covers.
The host provides food, utensils, and beverages.
· The host can provide additional party decoration.
· Each guest attending the party is required to review and sign a waiver form.
· The party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests should arrive at Global Art Center 15 minutes before party time for check-in.
