Affiliation and Membership Criteria
The Young Realtist® Division (YRD) is a proud affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB). Membership in YRD is exclusively available to:
- Real estate professionals who are active Realtist® members of NAREB.
- Students who are currently unlicensed but have demonstrated interest in the real estate industry.
This affiliation ensures that our members are part of a larger network of professionals committed to excellence and growth in the real estate sector.
Application Fee and Membership Dues
Please note that an application fee equal to the annual dues amount of your selected membership type is required with this application. This fee is non-refundable. Upon approval of your membership, this fee will be credited towards your annual dues. In the event that your application is declined, the fee will be retained as an administrative fee and application processing charge.
A declined application does not preclude future consideration for YRD membership. We encourage applicants who are not successful to reapply at a later date.
