I hereby apply for Festival Committee Chair/Co-Chair with the Atlanta Pride Committee. I agree to be bound by the bylaws, policies, and procedures of Atlanta Pride; confirm that I am 18 years of age or older; and support the organization's mission.

I agree to abide by all rules set forth by Atlanta Pride and further agree to hold harmless the City of Atlanta, Piedmont Park Conservancy, and Atlanta Pride for any acts performed by me outside the scope of my activities as a volunteer.

I agree and understand that this is a volunteer position and that no compensation shall be afforded for the efforts that I perform for or on behalf of Atlanta Pride. I agree and understand that, if working with Atlanta Pride, I may be removed immediately, without cause, by the Executive Director. By filling out this form I understand that I am not automatically selected to serve as a Committee Chair, Co-Chair, or volunteer for the Atlanta Pride Committee.
