Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms before submitting your Pro Account application. By applying for a Pro Account with Randy’s Hardware, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Account Requirements
• Account balances must remain current in accordance with the billing terms provided at approval.
• A valid business or contractor license must be on file with Randy’s Hardware to qualify for Pro account pricing and discounts.
• Pro accounts cannot be linked to a Randy’s Rewards account.
• Account statements will be delivered electronically via email only.
Discounts & Benefits
• A standard 5% Pro discount will be applied at the register on eligible purchases.
• An additional promotional 5% discount will be applied at the register for the first six (6) months from account approval.
• Promotional discounts are limited-time offers and may be changed or discontinued as permitted by law.
• No other discounts may be combined with Pro account pricing unless expressly stated in writing by Randy’s Hardware.
• Complimentary in-store advertising opportunities may be available to Pro account holders. Availability, placement, and duration are determined by Randy’s Hardware. (For details, contact sarah@randyshardware.com.)
Account Status
Accounts that become past due may have purchasing privileges, discounts, or other Pro account benefits suspended or revoked until the account is brought current.
Changes to Terms or Program
Randy’s Hardware reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Pro Account program, including terms, discounts, benefits, and eligibility requirements, at any time, as permitted by law. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future purchases and account activity as described in the notice.
