  • Signing Officers

    A minimum of 2 Signing Officers are required (the Association President or League Commissioner must be one of the Signing Officers). Three Signing Officers may be listed on this form. Requests for additional Signing Officers must be made in writing and submitted to the NOHA Office.
  • 2025/2026 Executive Listing

    Please list the elected/appointed members of your Associations Board of Directors, including their position and email address. All email addresses listed here will be added to the NOHA Contact List.

    Per NOHA Regulations, all Members are required to be ONCA compliant by the 2025/2026 season. Please upload a copy of your Incorporation Documents through the link below.
