I understand that participating in dance classes involves physical activity and some risk, and I hereby waive any claim against The Safe Studio Sanctuary, its instructors, and employees for any injury my child may sustain during the program. I also give consent to the use of my child’s image in photographs or videos taken during classes and showcases for documentation and promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.
