Non-Staff Vendors: For security purposes, EVERY PERSON entering the show will be required to have a badge. If you have a non-staff vendor who will regularly be working your display (for example - captains, host/hostesses, catering services, manufacturer representative, etc), you must include them in your show badge list below. We will not be handing out complimentary badges to these vendors.
Detailers: All detailers are required to check in at the show office when they arrive. They are required to wear a visible badge while on site (provided by NYBA - these are not a part of your badge allotment). You must provide to us the company name of the detailers that will be working on your behalf, and we will cross check that information when they check-in at the show office.
