    The Arts Embassy Academy (AEA) enrollment form is designed to ensure a smooth application process for prospective students and their families. The application requires a non-refundable $100 fee and includes an assessment and interview process to evaluate the student’s academic background, creative potential, and learning style. Once accepted, students and parents will collaborate with AEA to develop a personalized "Mission Map" outlining their academic and creative journey. Enrollment is open to both on-campus and home-based students, with tuition fees varying accordingly. Families must also complete any necessary homeschooling documentation if applicable.

  • My child:         may participate in all Arts Embassy Academy (Further known as AEA) & Church on The Living Edge (Further known as: COTLE) events for the 2026-2027 School year, calendar year. As a parent or guardian, I authorize an adult counselor to make legal decisions, medical decisions or otherwise concerning said minor during the time of AEA & COTLE events. I also agree that I will immediately notify AEA & COTLE, in writing, of any changes to the information above, medical or otherwise. I hereby release AEA & COTLE, and its sponsors of any legal responsibilities and liability in the event of an accident or injury. As a parent or guardian, I have carefully and truthfully provided all the information requested and give my permission for my child to participate in AEA & COTLE events in 2026. Both my child and I understand that he/she will be expected to obey the rules, regulations and policies of AEA & COTLE events.

  •  Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Fees

  • I understand and agree that all fees paid to AEA are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Application & Assessment Fee ($100): Due upon submission and required for interview processing.
    • Enrollment Fee ($150): Due upon acceptance and secures the student’s spot for the academic year.
    • Tuition Payments: Tuition fees must be paid according to the selected plan. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of enrollment or loss of scholarship eligibility.

    I acknowledge that in the event of withdrawal or dismissal, tuition and fees will not be refunded or prorated.
