All companies must complete their Tech Form by March 10th 2025.

All tech information should be submitted via this form, including music. Please do not email your music files.

Lighting

All pieces will be able to have 1 lighting cue in addition to lights up/lights down. We will have cyc which you will also be able to choose the color of or a black out curtain. There is a cross over they will be able to use during the piece. All dancers will need to exit stage right at the end of your piece.

Your music should be one track per piece and must include any & all pauses.

For safety purposes please bring a backup CD or thumb drive with you to the festival as well.
