  • This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Your Tight Spot Rental (“Facility”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By signing below, Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined herein. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

  • Client shall not possess or consume any medication not prescribed by their surgeon/attending physician, except Tylenol (acetaminophen).

    All medications must be disclosed and stored/monitored per facility procedures.

    Possession or use of unauthorized medication is grounds for immediate termination of stay, and no refund will be issued.

    Client acknowledges that TLC Nova Post-Op Rental Care does not administer, dispense, touch, or handle any client medications. All medications are self-administered by the client, and contractors only document what the client reports.

    Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for all personal belongings, including chargers, phones, clothing, compression garments, and any other items brought into the facility. TLC Nova Post-Op Rental Care is not liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items.

  • SURGERY INFORMATION

     Check In is at 3:00pm. Check Out is at 10:00am. If you need early or late check in/ checkout please contact management. A 100 fee maybe included in this service. 

    3 meals daily with unlimited snacks water, juice, and tea. 

    Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your surgery sister or brother. 

    A list of supplies that is included will be sent to you upon request. It is always a good idea to bring extra faja, compression socks, undershirts and your favorite hygiene products. 

    Deposits are non refundable. Money will be transferred to new surgery date if not cleared by doctor. Please note we can not promise the same accommodations booked for transfers. If you are arriving the day of surgery please be aware of the $100 service fee.  


    Round trip transportation to surgery center, medication drop off /pickup, post op round trip and airport drop off to Miami airport is included. Additional transportation run is subject to availability. 

    Companions are allowed only in private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our staff will not clean up after your companion nor bring their food to them. We take pride in providing top notch service to our clients. Companions are free to wash clothes, eat and the use the house amenities during their stay.  


    Housekeeping will be done daily. Laundry will be done on alternate days. Exceptions apply. 

    Postop Massages and Daily shower assistance are scheduled. If you are feeling sick we will reschedule you for a later time. 

    Our staff is comprised of CNA's with oversight from an LPN. We are trained in lymphatic Massage, CPR and First Aid. We will manage your medication and teach you the proper way to take them so when you return home you can continue the process. We promote healing but we also push you to use your motor skills 42 hours after surgery. 

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

    • Client acknowledges that the Facility is not a medical provider and does not replace hospital or licensed nursing care.


    • Facility staff provide non-medical support services only (meals, basic assistance, transportation, etc.).


    • Client assumes all risks associated with post-surgical recovery and agrees to hold the Facility harmless from liability related to
    complications, medical emergencies, or noncompliance with medical instructions.
