Payment Information
Cost per session & per child is $220 total, which includes a $20 nonrefundable registration fee and will be used to cover supplies for the week. Once registration form has been submitted please submit the $20 registration fee via Venmo @SavannahPalma. Once fee has been received you will get email confirmation for camp spot. The remaining $200 dollars will be due one month before the first day of camp.

Once paid, cancellation will not result in a refund, although registration may be transferred to another artist.

Please note! In the event of wildfire smoke, hours of camp may be disrupted based on health and safety guidelines. We will unfortunately not be able to provide refunds in this event.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Grey Blue Skies during the selected camp. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Grey Blue Skies and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of accident or illness, the camp or its designee is authorized to secure emergency medical treatment. Prudent attempts will be made to contact parent/guardian immediately. I understand and agree to abide by the policies of Grey Blue Skies regarding cancellations and refunds. I understand that the above named camper will only be released to the names listed above.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
