    You must be registered with Netball Victoria (NV) via Netball Connect before umpiring:

    • Ensure you are registered as an official/umpire for the current season for HCNA
    • If you are already registered with Netball Connect, no further action is required.
    • If you are not yet registered, please register via Netball Connect, Register > search Hoppers Crossing NA > Register as an umpire/official

      Netball Connect I.D can be found in Profile on the Netball Connect app.


  • Do you have a current Working With Childrens Check (WWCC)*

  • If you are Over 18, You must obtain a WWCC before the commencement of any umpiring. You can obtain a WWCC via

  • Have you completed a Rules of Netball Examination? This should be completed regularly to maintain accreditation*
