    ALOHA!!! If you are a new vendor, Mahalo Nui Loa for your interest on becoming a part of our May Day Lei Day Festival. If you are a return vendor, Welcome Back!! This event is very near and dear to our hearts as we grew up with this tradition in Hawai'i Nei so we appreciate you all wanting to be a part of it. Please fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Merchant or Food Vendor. Booth Space is 10'x10' Merchandise Vendors and 10'x20' for Food Vendors. You MUST provide your own tent, tables and chairs. If you need more than one booth, please select that option below. This information will be used on our website and event forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. MAHALO!

  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis, giving our previous vendors priority. We reserve the right to refuse any application. We try not to duplicate vendors as much as possible to try and maximize vendor sales. If accepted, you will be emailed an acceptance letter along with payment instructions from events@808Socialaz.com. You will have 3 days to complete the payment. If it is not paid within the given time, you will have to start over in filling out the application. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS. There will be no refund for weather related issues on the day of the event. If you are a Food Vendor, you must have a food permit.

  • If you are a Food Vendor, will you be setting up a booth or a Food Trailer?
  • Will you be bringing a generator? Limited to 5 vendors only. (We do not provide electricity)*
  • Hours are Sat. 9am to 3pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at 8:30am. We also ask that you do not tear down before the finishing time at 3pm. Do you agree to that?*
  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Business License & Sales Tax:

    You must have a business license for the city of Peoria and Peoria Sales Tax is 9.1%. Accepted vendors must have Peoria location on your TPT license.
  • Booth Specifics:

    Your booth fee will include your space only. You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tents, tables and chairs. Because this event is outside, tent weights are mandatory.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    All Vendor fees are non refundable. However, if you notify us before April 1st of cancellation, your booth fee will be rolled over into our next event. There will be no refunds due to weather or anything in Mother Natures hands.

  • RAFFLE REQUEST

    We hope to continue to offer a FREE ENTRY as we have in past. This is doable with your generous contributions towards our raffle drawings and donations/sponsorships. We are asking each vendor to please donate an item for our raffle drawing tent. All raffle ticket sales go to helping us keep costs down and the booth fee low. Each vendor will be given an index card at check in and before the show starts we will come around and pick up your raffle prizes. Please follow prompts on the card so we can continue to promote you from the stage. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
