We are so excited to announce that applications are now open for our:
The Ode'imin Collective Holiday Pop-Up Market is scheduled for Friday, December 12th, and Saturday, December 13th, at The Forks.
First Nation, Métis, and Inuit artisans are invited to apply!
Note: Please complete the entire application and submit only one application per vendor, not multiple submissions.
MARKET INFORMATION:
Location: 1 Forks Market Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. (Old info booth on main floor beside Neon Cones).
Operating hours:
- Friday, December 12th, 5pm - 9 pm.
- Saturday, December 13th, 9am-9pm.
IMPORTANT DATES:
All applications must be submitted by: Friday, November 14th, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST.
Successful applicants will be notified by: Sunday, November 16th, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST.
Payment will be due by: Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to attend the market, you must cancel by:
Sunday, November 30th, 2025, 11:59pm CST to receive a full refund. No refunds will be available for cancellations after this date.
KIOSK INFORMATION
- Each artisan will be given an assigned shelf space (26" x 8" x 12.5")
- Artisans who use a clothing rack will be sharing it with other apparel artisans. If you have a mannequin, feel free to bring it! Just make sure to mention it in your application!
- We also have a glass case display near the check-out where we will be displaying select items from vendors each day.
- We have very limited storage space at the kiosk, so we are asking artisans to bring only what they need for their assigned space.
- We will also be arranging staggered time slots for artisans to either drop off or stage their products in their assigned spaces before opening on Friday. A Collective member or volunteer may also do this for you, again due to the limited space available. This is a pop-up kiosk market. The Ode'imin Collective Team and volunteers will be operating the market.
- An emailed or printed inventory list will be required before the start of the market. Our staff will review and sign off on your inventory list upon drop-off. Please ensure all items are on your inventory list, and all products are labelled.
- We kindly ask for a small donation of any of the following: 1) Tissue paper 2) Paper bags 3) Plastic baggies. We will pool our gift packaging items together for all sales.
* We will not be selling any baked goods at this market.
** Vendors may not display products/artwork made by another artisan/business not accepted into the market.
*** Vendors may not resell another artisan's work. This is not a pre-loved/thrift market.
PAYMENT AND INSURANCE:
The market fee is $125.
Please do not send payment until you receive confirmation that your application has been approved. When accepted, your payment is due by the deadline indicated above. Send your payment to theodeimincollective@gmail.com. No password is required.
Insurance coverage is for slips and falls; however, it is not for loss or damage. Collective members and volunteers will work in your best interest to safeguard all products.
