The XXXII FISU Summer World University Games is an international sporting and cultural event which is staged every two years in a different city and which from a University perspective is second in importance only to the Olympic Games. Governed by the International University Sports Federation (FISU), the World University Games is a celebration of international university sports and culture drawing many thousands of student-athletes together to compete, making it among the world's largest and most prestigious multi-sport events.
