PARTICIPATION FEE:

- $2,450.00/person for the Main Program

From April 23 to 27, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

- $3,250.00/person for the whole Program

From April 23 to 30, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi.

Participation fee covers all in-country expenses including entry visa fee, airport transfer, accommodation, local ground/air transportation, meals, Fair/Exhibition Fee, interpretation, research, organizing and consulting services...excluding intl. airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses.

Early Bird: 10% discount if fee was paid in full by March 15, 2025.
