RULES & REGULATIONS:

• SET UP WILL BE FRIDAY AFTERNOON OR SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE 1 pm Please email events@rinconga.gov to schedule.

• All vendor vehicles must exit the park gates before the park opens to the public.
• OUTSIDE alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are prohibited.
• Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness of their spaces.
Participant Waiver:
The undersigned agrees to participate in the 2025 Freedom Rings Festival. We agree to cooperate in every way possible and to abide by the established rules to ensure the safety and success of the event.
The City of Rincon does not discriminate against anyone regardless of race, color, sex, religion, marital status, national origin, or ancestry. The City has the right to reject any entry application and the right to bar and/or remove from the festival those not conforming to the rules and regulations, and exclusive agreements and/or partnerships. The City has the sole discretion on all entries, and its decisions regarding entries are final. The City of Rincon and the committee shall not be responsible and/or liable for the property of participants from theft, damage by fire, water accidents and or/other causes of injuries. It is hereby understood and agreed that any organization, business, corporation, and/or individual(s) shall not hold the officers, members, agents, volunteers, and or employees of the City of Rincon and or sponsors of the events responsible for all liability, suit, destruction, injury, and/or claims caused by them, their volunteers, participants, and/or spectators.
