Please place cake orders (with the execption of wedding cakes) at least one (1) week in advance. All wedding cakes orders must be placed at least three (3) months in advance. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last minute orders. Please include if you will need pick-up or delivery (there is a delivery fee**). Payment is required in full in order to secure your order and date requested. If payment is not made within 48 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your order WILL be cancelled. Your order is not complete until payment has been made and cleared. I understand that there are situations and circumstances that may arise which would result in a need to cancel an already placed order, so we do offer a 48 hour change or cancellation policy. If you call and speak directly with me at least 48 hours from the scheduled date and time of pick up, we will be able to work to make changes to your cake or to cancel your order. (minus any expenses for pre-ordered decorations) After the 48 hour window, we assume that an order will be picked up and no refunds will be issued.

**Delivery Fee includes delivery to your home, job or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up): $5 - within a 5-10 mile radius; $10-$25 - anything more than 10 miles. No deliveries or pick-ups will be made after 6 pm.

Please note that since cake design is a creative process, the final product may slightly differ from images or discussions during the customization process. If you prefer a specific design, please let us know the details, such as color, design, and types of flowers. Slight variations in design and pattern may occur compared to reference images provided. Hand-painted, hand-sculpted, and hand-embellished elements naturally have minor differences. Our cakes are lovingly handmade, resulting in slight variances in measurements, colors, and designs. Adjustments may be made to ensure structural stability or aesthetics, while maintaining the overall design concept. We strive to depict cake colors accurately, but minor variations may occur due to factors like display output, photography lighting, and monitor settings. Decorative elements such as edible pearls, sugar flowers, or other embellishments may occasionally come loose or fall off the cake. This natural occurrence is a reminder of the handcrafted nature of our cakes. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these considerations.
