Springbrook Nature Center is accepting applications from students, ages 13-17, who would like to volunteer their time with Day Nature Camp during the summer of 2026. Springbrook’s day camps combine nature, science, and fun to create an opportunity for children ages 4-12 to learn about the natural environment. While the summer camps have a full-time staff of naturalists who lead the camp, they rely on youth volunteers to assist in making each day a terrific experience.

In order to participate in the Junior Leader Program, you MUST attend a training.
Junior Leader Training I will be attending:*

Saturday, May 30, from 1:00-4:30 p.m.Friday, June 5, from 1:00-4:30 p.m.
Applications will close on March 31, 2026.

Applicants will recieve an email from our staff by April 15, 2026 on their application status. Springbrook Staff may reach out with further questions regarding your application.

If you recieve an acceptance into the Junior Leader Program, schedules will be sent out in relation to the camp weeks selected in this original application by no later than May 25, 2026.
