TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Referrals must file taxes with SMART STACK TAXES to qualify.
- Referral funds will be paid out after the referred client receives their tax return.
- If a client's refund is offset due to IRS debt, referral money will not be distributed.

- Referral bonuses are based on the number of successful referrals*.
- Once the referred client receives their tax refund and we confirm payment of ALL feed the referral money will be paid out via the payment method chosen.
*A referral is considered successful when the referral files their taxes with (SMART STACK TAXES), their refund is funded by the iRS and (SMART STACK TAXES) has received compensation for preparing the client's tax return.
